Mark Frasco

As the founder and president of VistaGroup, Mark Frasco, is a committed practitioner of facilitating system-wide, integrated learning and change. Mark has over 20 years of business leadership experience in industrial and professional service firms. Holding positions of Operations Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager and Principle/Partner of operating companies has positioned Mark as a trusted advisor to leaders who are committed to developing organizational excellence.

Mark helps leaders engage and align talent into teams that are focused on accomplishing some valuable and meaningful shared purpose. His competitive advantage process intentionally broadens participation, which leads to shared goals and action plans that sustain and continually advance improvement efforts. To accomplish this, Mark helps leaders improve their organization's focus, aligning people and process in order to activate change that is sustained by sharing responsibility.
Mark has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses and not-for-profits on initiatives as broad ranging as cultural transformation and strategic change to departmental performance management and team development and talent management. Mark helps leaders determine the goals, organizational design and management processes that optimize performance at the organizational, team and individual levels.

Mark has served as a graduate level Adjunct Professor of Business at Bowling Green State University. He has earned the degree of Master of Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration with honors in Corporate Finance from the University of Toledo.

Mark is on the Board of Trustees of Maumee Valley Country Day School, a premier independent, K to 12 school in Northwest Ohio and is an active member in the community. He lives in a suburb of Toledo, Ohio with his wife of 21 years, Kathleen, and their fifteen year old son, Nicholas.

 

 

Darlene Chambers, PhD

VistaGroup’s Vice President and Senior Associate, Darlene Whipple Chambers, Ph.D., has been a national and international administrator, secondary and university level teacher, trainer, and consultant with experience in such varied areas as organizational development, executive coaching, career training and education, human resources, higher education administration, social work, fitness/wellness, and exercise physiology.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, her Master’s from San Francisco State University, and completed doctoral work at both Oregon and Bowling Green State Universities.

She has provided executive development for several Business Team Leaders and middle management staff at Wacker Chemical Corporation, USA and Wacker Chemie international subsidiaries.  Further, she provides executive and professional development for Ohio’s second largest community schools’ authorizer assisting their organization and the schools they sponsor with strategic planning, project management, data review and school improvement initiatives. In the recent past, Darlene served for 5 years as the executive coach for the Marathon Oil Findlay IT Infrastructure Manager and process coach of the self-directed work team implementation.  She created and served as the Director of the Bowling Green State University Corporate Training Center and has served as the Interim Director, Office of Training & Development for the Ohio Department of Administrative Services’ Human Resources Division.

Darlene is a certified Inscape Publishing self-directed assessment provider and facilitator.  She can provide access to and facilitate the use of a wide array of DiSC based paper or online instruments.  Further, she can deliver and facilitate use of a variety of both formal and informal e-assessment tools to support the client’s business and performance management needs.  Darlene is a certified Scantron Performance Series web-based educational proficiency testing system trainer and has been certified by the Ohio Department of Education to deliver Value-Added training.

With 38 years of experience, Darlene provides personal training, Pilates, Thai Yoga Therapy, and Yoga at local studios and teaches internationally.  She has presented stress management and work-life balance workshops for a variety of corporations, businesses, and universities for the last two decades.

Darlene serves as the Vice President of the Clay Avenue Community School Board in Toledo, OH and volunteers as a fitness instructor for the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation department.  She holds professional membership in the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
