With a passion for empowering individuals and streamlining operations, Liz Tapyrik is a valuable asset to VistaGroup. Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Penn State University, where she also met her husband, Steve. They have been happily married for over 10 years. After gaining three years of hands-on experience managing hotels, Liz recognized a calling to focus on the human element of organizations, leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. She is also a proud SHRM Certified professional.

Liz’s career journey includes over 10 years at COACT Associates, a Sales & Marketing consulting practice. Starting as an Inside Sales Professional, she quickly advanced through roles of Account Executive, Manager of Organization Development, and is currently serving as Vice President of Operations. This extensive experience provides a strong foundation for her current role, where she enjoys helping to develop the careers of others and consulting on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency through strategic projects. Originally from Pennsylvania, Liz moved to Toledo in 2012 to join Steve, who works at Owens Corning. Outside of their professional lives, they share a love for travel and are both dedicated marathon runners, both having completed over 10 marathons, including the prestigious races in Boston, London, and Berlin. When not running or exploring new destinations, Liz can be found practicing yoga or engrossed in a good book.
